They’ve seen a lot of ground!

From city life to wide open spaces - If you had told me 15 years ago that following a handsome Marine would lead me here, I’m not sure I would’ve believed you—but life has a funny way of unfolding exactly as it should.

What started as love and loyalty took me from familiar ground in fast paced Northern Virginia to the Great Plains in Nebraska, where I learned what it meant to truly plant roots. Together, we built a life grounded in commitment, grit, and faith—eventually welcoming two incredible boys who have become the center of everything we do. They are curious, strong, kind, and endlessly inspiring.

Today, we call Knoxville home. This season of life feels full in the best way.

Running Better Beauty Boutique has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. What began as a passion for safer skincare and intentional living has grown into a business rooted in education, integrity, and empowerment. Every product, every conversation, every connection reminds me why I started—to help women feel confident in the choices they make for themselves and their families.

Alongside building a business, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to homeschool our boys. It’s not always easy, but it is always meaningful. Watching them learn, grow, and discover who they are—right alongside us—has been one of the greatest joys of my life. This slower, more intentional rhythm has taught me to value presence over perfection.

Community has always mattered deeply to me, which is why launching the Omaha chapter of Ladies Lifestyle Network was such a defining chapter. Bringing women together—business owners, creatives, leaders, and dreamers—showed me the power of connection and collaboration. That experience stretched me, grew me, and confirmed something I already knew: women thrive when we build together.

Now, stepping into this next chapter and launching Ladies Lifestyle Network in Knoxville feels like a full-circle moment. I’m filled with gratitude for every lesson, every move, every season that brought me here. I’m excited to create space for women in this city—to connect, grow, be seen, and support one another in meaningful ways.

This journey hasn’t been linear, but it has been beautiful. I’m thankful for the Marine who led me to a life I couldn’t have planned, for the family we’ve built, for the businesses that fuel my purpose, and for the community that continues to expand around us.
