Hello lovely ladies of Greensboro! I’m so excited to be the Community Director for Ladies Lifestyle Network here and am thrilled to bring this community to the triad. Here at LLN we are all about personal development, empowerment, and networking for women in life and in business. Let’s connect, grow, and inspire each other as we support & highlight the women in our area, small businesses & local charities. I look forward to meeting you at our upcoming events!

A little about me...

I’ve spent most of my life in the beautiful state of NC. Aside from a 4-year stint in Austin, TX…(where I met my other half) I call North Carolina home. I grew up on the coast, went to college in the triangle, made my way to the Queen City, and have since settled with my husband & two young boys in Greensboro.

I'm passionate about women's wellness and am a dual-certified health & life coach. As a Healthy Lifestyle Coach I motivate women to live life well! Representing LLN perfectly connects my profession with my other passions of bringing people together, planning & hosting events, and supporting women.

It's likely you'll find me pushing a double stroller walking to the playground, biking around Country Park with kids in tow & husband running alongside, eating out at a restaurant with my family or friends, enjoying live music at a brewery, sipping & unwinding at a wine spot, sampling all of the sweet treats from bakeries...just to share a few of my favorite things! I can't wait to meet you at our events and see you out-n-about in our community! <3
