Lee Caldwell is a proud Austin native, entrepreneur, and dedicated community builder. For more than 18 years, she has successfully owned and operated a security guard company, building her reputation on professionalism, integrity, and leadership. She has also spent the past 7 years in the credit repair industry, where she helps individuals understand, repair, and rebuild their credit so they can confidently pursue their goals and create lasting financial stability.

Her professional journey has been guided by a passion for service, growth, and empowerment. Having navigated the challenges of business ownership and financial setbacks herself, Lee turned those experiences into opportunities to educate, inspire, and uplift others.

As a community builder, she thrives on bringing people together and creating spaces where meaningful connections flourish. She believes deeply in the power of collaboration and the strength that comes from shared wisdom.

What excites Lee most about leading the Ladies Lifestyle Network Austin chapter is the chance to pour back into women the very support she once needed herself. She understands the complexities that come with navigating obstacles in business and life, and how transformative it can be to have a strong network of women offering encouragement, resources, and guidance.
