Thriving Women's Conference 2026

This was my second year going to the Thriving Women's Conference, but hardly my first Lisa Hansen experience. Ironically, my first was last year's conference where I was literally blown away by how I left feeling.

This year? No different. Well, let me rephrase that. This year, dare I say, was better than the last. Last year I had no idea what to expect and I left feeling connected and inspired to build my community.

Here's what I experienced this year... in no particular order. (Ok, maybe some order because I am type C and order means a little bit to me)

Day 1: VIP Night. If you're asking if that's real fruit, it is.

Thriving Women's Conference VIP Decor

I'm torn on what the best part of VIP night. While the decor was beauitful, the guests and atmosphere was far better.

Stephanie showed up with Triangle Twirl and, of course, we all now have a phone full of twirl videos.

One of the things that Lisa does that is, perhaps, the best part of VIP night is Speed Friendshipping. She and her team carefully curate connections for the VIPer's. It's not random, it's intentional, and the purpose is to grow your immediate community.

She then sat us all down to remind us that it's time to retire from the things that drain our time. For me, it was avoiding the hard, but easy, things. I said that out loud in a room full of women, some of who I have never met. Afterwards, we received a beautiful VIP night gift. From what I've heard, and now experienced, the gifts are always top tier.

Day 2: The Real Deal Conference.

What you need to know before we go any further- we dance at this conference. A lot. Every single speaker doesn't just walk up to stage under applause. They strut, dance, swagger, and more down the aisle being wildly cheered on by a room full of women. It's AMAZING.

The first set of women on stage shared with us their journey and how to perfect the pivot. Which, if you've ever had to pivot, you know the word perfect is anything but. The second guest was Mary Seats. She defied all the odds of her family's challenges and built an absolute empire! After lunch there were amazing breakouts, but let me explain this lunch first, ok?

An entire buffet of food from Sassool. Which, if you don't know, is THE BEST Mediterranean food in the Triangle. I'm obsessed. Grilled chicken, veggie lasagna, potatoes, and more. They also provided delicious snacks for our small break. Seriously, if you haven't gone, run to a location now.

For the breakout sessions, the first one I attended about friendships having nervous systems and, as an extrovert, it was a very interesting session to attend. I learned so much about our body language and how we show up. I also met a new bestie!

The second session I went to was on sales, something I'm not great at, and it blew my mind! I even had a moment on stage!

Perhaps the best part was next... so I'm going to jump to the last set of women on stage because I truly want to give the best part the moment it deserves.

One of the things Lisa does is bring up women that she's coached to have them share their transformation and stories. I was super proud of my friend Kristin who strutted her way up and shared how Lisa helped her make big decisions not as scary. The message was consistent throughout with all three of those women, and the women the year before!

The best part, which probably made nearly all the women in the room cry, was when Lisa brought her boys on stage to interview her. They rode in piggyback style and you could see that they had a great relationship. Oh, and the bow tie! My goodness!

As a mom, it reminded me to show up as my best self every single day. These kids looked at their mom with adoration and you can tell that these boys are literally Lisa's whole world.

This conference showed me so many things, but maybe most importantly that I can show up, build my dream, and be a fully present mom.

The message is confidence and self trust. Two things that, in my opinion, women aren't taught and muscles not exercised do not get strengthened.

But wait, before you leave, please know there's just a few more things I want to cover. Lisa is ALL about supporting local and women owned businesses. We had amazing vendors there like Ella's Popcorn, Lunae Jewelry, Gut Personal, and more! Also, Andia's Ice Cream which is one of my favorite local ice cream shops here.

So when people wonder if they should attend the Thriving Women's Conference, it's a very quick yes. No second thoughts! It was so amazing last year that I, someone who owns very little pink in my closet, bought a dress to represent the colors of the conference because I wanted to be so immersed in it!

Fun fact, I put this dress in my Amazon cart 3 days after the conference because I knew what I needed to wear because I KNEW I was going.

If you're like "I need this in my life," you're right, you do. While she hasn't posted the details about the conference for 2027, you can sign up for the details here.

I hope to see you there!
