✨ November Event Recap: A Night of Vision, Courage & Connection at Ted’s Montana Grill

There was something undeniably powerful about the room we gathered in last month — even though this time, the “room” was the open-air terrace of Ted’s Montana Grill, where the evening breeze, the glow of string lights, and the sound of the lake fountain created the most peaceful backdrop.
Maybe it was the comfort of the holiday season approaching…Maybe it was the shift of being outside under a beautiful Southwest Florida night sky…Maybe it was the shared experience of sitting down together for an actual meal — warm food, laughter, conversation — something we rarely get to do at our events in such an intentional way.
Or maybe… it was simply the energy of a group of women who showed up ready for vision, inspiration, and connection.
Whatever it was, the night felt special the moment it began — and it only grew more meaningful from there.
✨ Stefanie Peters: A Firestarter in the Best Possible Way
Our featured speaker, Stefanie Peters, delivered a message that left the entire group energized, emotional, and on fire for their dreams.
Stefanie is a powerhouse — a bestselling author, national speaker, real estate investor, and creator of The Boss Life. But more than her accomplishments, it was her heart that stole the show.
She shared pieces of her story with vulnerability and strength, reminding us that God-sized dreams demand courage, discipline, and vision. Her voice carried so much conviction, and yet she made every woman feel seen, valued, and capable. She led our guests into a powerful visualization exercise where they could imagine their future selves and what a powerful experience it was to witness these women be so moved.
Her Q&A and interactions with the crowd?
This was one of the most meaningful parts of the night. Women opened up about their dreams — some quietly tucked away, others just beginning — and Stefanie listened with such intention. She asked questions, listening deeply, and pouring genuine encouragement into every dream that was shared. She didn’t just speak to the room…
She poured into the room.
And the women left changed because of it.
It was a privilege to have her on our stage, and it’s clear from the messages and tags afterward that her words will stay with us long into the new year.
💜 Giving Back: Supporting Teen Challenge
Our featured nonprofit for the evening was Teen Challenge, an incredible organization bringing hope, healing, and transformation to individuals overcoming addiction and life-controlling struggles.
Together, as a community, we donated toward Teen Challenge’s life-changing mission — and we are proud to shine a light on the work they do to rebuild lives, families, and futures.
