Calm, Confident, and Unstoppable: Nervous System Mastery at Ladies Lifestyle Network Knoxville

Last week’s Ladies Lifestyle Network Knoxville event was nothing short of powerful—a room filled with grounded, intentional women ready to elevate their lives from the inside out. Centered around calm and confident nervous system mastery, the evening created space for connection, healing, and real conversations that matter.

A Night Rooted in Regulation, Resilience, and Real Growth
Our guest speaker, Gretchen Knode, delivered a message that resonated deeply with every woman in the room. Through her work with Freedom Camp for Women and Five Stones Farm, Gretchen has built a reputation for helping women reconnect with their strength—and she did exactly that.
She broke down how the female nervous system responds to stress, trauma, and pressure—and more importantly, how we can regulate, restore, and reclaim our power. Her transparency and vulnerability created an environment where women felt seen, understood, and empowered to take action in their own healing journeys.
Community, Connection, and a Cause Bigger Than Ourselves
We were honored to have Amy Brown, representing Generation O, share her mission and heart. Her story shed light on the realities faced by children exposed to opioids in the womb—and how we, as a community, can step in with compassion and support.
Moments like these are what set Ladies Lifestyle Network apart. This isn’t just networking—it’s meaningful impact.
Elevated Experience with Thoughtful Local Partners
The evening was beautifully hosted and supported by some of Knoxville’s most intentional, women-led businesses:
Our sponsor, Daisy’s Nonalcoholic Bar and Bottle Shop, created a refreshing and elevated social experience—proving you don’t need alcohol to enjoy a sophisticated night out. We had the pleasure of hearing from the founder and owner, Lindsay. She shared her impactful mission, her purpose and her story with us.
Relaxation and wellness were represented by Amethyst Massage of Knoxville, founded by Elena Caicedo
Fun and connection came through Knox Petal Bar, founded by Audrey and Erica.
And total body wellness was supported by Vital Hydration Knoxville, founded by Corina West, offering services designed to revitalize and restore from the inside out.
These partnerships are what make each event feel curated, elevated, and deeply aligned with our mission.
Capturing the Magic
Every moment was beautifully documented by Rosie Yancy of Anna Rose Photos. From candid conversations to powerful speaker moments, the photos reflect the energy in the room—authentic, connected, and inspiring.
