Pure Barre™ is one of my favorite fitness studios and workouts. I have been going for around 7 years, and it has done wonders for my body! I am strong and toned but my muscles are lean and long. My flexibility is better than it ever has been, and my core strength is beyond what I ever imagined it could be!

Pure Barre™ is a popular fitness regimen that is rooted in the disciplines of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It utilizes the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements that effectively tone and tighten muscles, fostering a balance of strength and flexibility. The routine is low-impact, making it an excellent choice for individuals at all levels of fitness, from beginners to seasoned athletes. The movements are precise, controlled, and designed to target specific muscle groups, enabling individuals to see noticeable improvements relatively quickly.

Pure Barre Class Formats:

Pure Barre Classic™ with Ball + Weights + Double Tube

Pure Barre Classic™ is the original barre class. This proprietary technique is the fastest, most effective low-impact, full-body barre workout. For 50 minutes, you will be guided through a series of low-impact, high-intensity isometric movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your body.

Pure Barre Empower™ with Cardio + Barre + Interval Training

Pure Barre Empower™ is their fusion workout of Classic Pure Barre and high-intensity interval training designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and increase your metabolism. For 45 minutes, you’ll use dynamic movements with ankle weights and a plyometric platform to target different muscle groups simultaneously.

Pure Barre Reform™ with Resistance + Strength + Sliders

Pure Barre Reform™ targets and reshapes all your major muscle groups through resistance-based strength training. This 50‐minute full-body workout blends Classic Pure Barre with resistance-based movements using resistance bands, sliders, and the barre to build your strength, coordination, and balance.

Pure Barre Align™ with Balance + Flexibility + Strength

Pure Barre AlignTM combines classic strength-building barre technique with a unique emphasis on flexibility and balance training to deliver a restorative full body workout. In 50 minutes, you will focus on various flows of stretching to increase your joint mobility, while building muscular strength and stability.

Pure Barre Define™ with Strength + Power (and quickly becoming my favorite class!)

Pure Barre Define™ fuses concepts from our classic barre technique with weight-based strength training to develop muscular strength and power. In 50 minutes, you will experience the best of the Pure Barre technique fundamentals combined with additional dumbbell training in functional movements to enhance muscular definition and build confidence in your form.

New to Pure Barre™?

The Foundations class is specifically designed for newcomers to Pure Barre. It’s a 50-minute session that teaches the basic movements and techniques used in all Pure Barre classes. The class size is usually small, providing an intimate setting that allows for individual attention and hands-on instruction from the trainer. It helps clients familiarize themselves with the standard Pure Barre format, terminology, and equipment, preparing them for the more advanced classes. This is offered as a FREE introductory class.
