Meet Natalie, Owner of FIT4MOM Richmond in Richmond, VA. She is mom to Charlie (born 2011) and wife to Phil. Her first career was as a professional ballet dancer. Natalie danced both here in the States for BalletMet Columbus in Columbus, OH and then in England for Northern Ballet.

Having the opportunity to dance professionally and travel the world with a touring company is something she will always consider herself lucky to have experienced. But, due to injury her career was cut short. The silver lining is that Natalie met her husband seeing the same physical therapist! In 2014 when our son was just 3 years old, Phil and Natalie decided to make a leap of faith. They said goodbye to England and hello to a new adventure and chapter in our lives and moved to Richmond, VA to be closer to family.

As a mother and fitness professional Natalie has a strong passion for everything FIT4MOM stands for! She loves bringing moms together in a safe, positive and healthy environment. Whether you are pregnant for the first time, pushing your toddler in a stroller, in the thick of the school years or even empty nesters, Fit4Mom Richmond can provide community and fitness for ANY mom!

Our very own Community Director, Gianna, is a member and instructor with Fit4Mom. During her pregnancy, she was googling pre-natal workout classes in Richmond and Fit4Mom's prenatal exercise classes popped up. Gianna found a couple friends in Fit4Baby and was hooked.

After a bit of physical therapy and recovery, Gianna took her 6 month old to Stroller Strides, a kid-friendly stroller workout class. It was there that she connected with her community of mom-friends and was able to form her village of support. Passionate about Fit4Mom's mission, Gianna became an instructor.

You can take classes with her weekly on Wednesday's at the Libbie Mill Library.

Be sure to check out the class schedule. And remember, your first week is free!
