LLN presents Magnetic Mentalities - an all day summit featuring the most magnetic & authentic ladies in the community! We are cracking the code on how to crush it in Life AND in Business! These two go hand in hand and if one of those is falling short, you’re not really winning. We want you to WIN WIN WIN in all the things!

You will enjoy an hour in the morning with some coffee, light bites and connecting with some incredible local businesses who are our sponsors.

Then we will begin with a breath work and intention setting practice to get us in the right headspace for our day! Then we will move on to enjoy individual talks, panels, & connection chats with time for Q&A with the best women in our community who are doing the damn thing but not just doing it, they are happy, connected, successful & open to sharing with you all their tips, advice, & steps to true success. 

I don't know about you but it’s not enough for me to just be “successful”, I want to be happy & most of all peaceful in my life AND my work. These women will open your eyes (as well as your heart & mind) to how this is achieved.

Lunch is included & some fun giveaways we’ll announce at the end of the Summit. We’ll start at 9am and wrap up at 3:30pm, leaving you plenty of time in the evening to go home and reflect on what the day taught you!

Dr. Charryse Johnson - award- winning speaker and author of #1 best-seller book, Expired Mindsets: Releasing Patterns That No Longer Serve You Well (2021) and Get Off the Scale and Heal (2023). Dr. Johnson holds a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies, an M.A. in Professional Counseling, and her PhD. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in crisis and trauma. Some of her most recent work involved conducting international research geared toward reducing the stigma around mental health. In addition, she is a strong community advocate and has been a contributor on radio, social media, television, and documentaries.

Mimika Cooney - an empowering motivational speaker, Author of 11 published books, 25-year entrepreneur, international award winning photographer, and veteran podcast host of the “Mimika TV” show. Huffington Post nominated her as one of "50 Women

She owns Healthy Phit Physical Therapy & Wellness Consultants in Charlotte, NC where she provides trauma-informed and weight-inclusive care to clients in diverse bodies and those in eating disorder recovery. Kacey Johnson - is on a mission to inspire women and moms to “go for it". Her motto has always been, “your net worth is your network” and she is a master at cultivating community and supportive women’s environments! She is the founder of Ladies Lifestyle Network and has been in this space for over a decade! Nothing brings her more joy than elevating and highlighting the women around her, and giving them the confidence to share their story. When she is not writing, hosting her podcast or creating for LLN, you can find her at home with her 3 children and husband Tyler, hitting the charlotte food scene or growing personally with her favorite podcasts and books!
