About Anna.  After an illustrious nearly 30-year career in telecommunications and technology, Anna concluded her corporate journey as a senior sales executive at AT&T, where she successfully managed both national and international portfolios. Her dedication to helping individuals unlock their untapped potential and develop their leadership skills led her to launch ALG Consulting, LLC, where she focuses on empowering professionals across various industries to harness their career potential.  

In June 2023, Anna’s impactful work was recognized when she was recruited by Career Management Partners (CMP), a leading talent lifecycle solutions firm, to head their outplacement services.  

Anna also served as the National President/CEO of HACEMOS, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, where she led initiatives that empowered Latinos in the workforce. Under her leadership, HACEMOS earned prestigious accolades, including being named a Top 15 ERG by LatinaStyle and ERG of the Year by the USHCC.  

Now serving as Vice President of Global Career Solutions, Anna continues to mentor individuals and consult with organizations, driving professional growth and making a lasting impact on the careers of many.
